In order to ensure increase efficiency and speed on contact a lead management solution was implemented allowing full capture of the customers details, validation of phone numbers and email address. We also improves the speed of contact by automatically emailing the the customer and sending an SMS. D-Air also wanted to allow customers to view prices online so we built a pricing calculator which based on the customers requirements recommended suitable systems and estimated prices.
