Listers group approached us to modernise their brand presence online and create a full digital marketing strategy to relaunch the brand across the UK as the premium window and door brand. They wanted to present potential customers with a better online experience and generate enquiries via their website which would be automatically distributed to the local installers. In order to achieve their ambitions we did a completed rebranding, working from concept design through to a complete site with SEO strategy in place.

We created and launched a new website with updated branding, complete with SEO-optimised content a fully tracked lead management system that automatically distributed the enquires to the nearest local installer. In order to ensure increase efficiency and speed on contact a lead management solution was implemented allowing full capture of the customers details, validation of phone numbers and email address. We also improves the speed of contact by automatically emailing with digital brochure or providing the contact details of the local Elitis Approved Installer. The Installers wanted their own landing page on the site allowing them to send links to the consumer but also to use as an in-home or remote presenter.
