We were approached by Physique Fitness, a local fitness provider which was which was due to open it’s 1st gym. As a new business they had limited marketing assets and were looking to create a new fresh brand.
Key areas that required focus included:
Physique Fit, a prominent fitness centre, experienced significant challenges in its initial marketing endeavours. The centre had initially partnered with a well-known gym marketing agency, which promised low Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) rates. However, after three months, the results were underwhelming, characterised by poor lead quality and minimal genuine interest. This situation necessitated a shift in strategy, leading Physique Fit to seek a more effective and efficient marketing approach that would not only grow their business but also ensure that advertising expenditures were not squandered on low-quality leads.
Recognising the need for a robust and sustainable marketing strategy, Physique Fit aimed to redefine its digital presence and customer engagement techniques. The primary goal was to create a marketing campaign that would resonate with local demographics, focusing on individuals’ interests and brand affiliations, and effectively utilise various digital marketing channels. Moreover, the integration of a sophisticated CRM system was crucial to manage customer interactions and optimise the lead generation process. This strategic pivot was essential for Physique Fit to not only increase its revenue but also to build a stronger, more engaged client base and establish a substantial presence in the competitive fitness industry.
